Would I Do It Again?
Yes—but not the same way.
I’d keep the habits that actually made a difference:
- Waking up a bit earlier (but not too early)
- Staying off my phone in the morning
- Setting focused work time
- Moving my body every day
- Having a calm evening routine
But I’d drop the parts that felt forced or unnecessary.
What “Perfect” Really Means
After a week, one thing was clear:
There is no such thing as a perfect routine.
What we’re shown online is typically the you-know-that’s-the-one—roughed out, not the behind the scenes. It shows discipline, but removes the struggle. Structure, but not the flexibility.
A “perfect life” is not a routine checklist to be crossed off. It’s about making something that really fits you — your energy, your life, your values.
Because ultimately, the ideal routine is not one that appears flawless.
It’s the one you’re able to maintain.
