The Routine I Followed
Instead of overloading my skin with too many products, I focused on a few key steps:
- Gentle Cleanser – to remove dirt, oil, and buildup from the day
- Toner (Hydrating, not harsh) – to refresh and prep the skin
- Serum – something lightweight for hydration and skin repair
- Moisturizer – to lock everything in
- Optional: Eye cream or facial oil (depending on how my skin felt)
No complicated 10-step routine. Just consistency.
Day 1–2: Nothing Special… Yet
The first couple of days didn’t feel like anything major.
My skin felt clean and slightly more hydrated, but there was no dramatic difference. If anything, it just felt… normal. But one thing stood out: my skin felt more comfortable. Less tight, less dry after washing.
It wasn’t visible yet, but it was a start.
Day 3–4: The Subtle Glow Appears
Around the third day, I noticed a small shift.
My skin looked a bit more even. Not perfect, but smoother. There was a slight glow—something I hadn’t really seen before without good lighting.
I also noticed that my face didn’t feel as oily during the day. It was more balanced, which was surprising because I wasn’t using anything harsh.
At this point, I realized something simple: consistency was doing more than any single product ever had.
