What I Learned From This Experience
This week changed how I think about skincare.
I used to believe I needed more products, more steps, or something “special” to see results. But the truth is, my skin responded best to simplicity and consistency.
I also realized that nighttime matters more than I thought.
During the day, your skin deals with everything—sun, pollution, stress. At night, it repairs itself. So what you do before bed has a real impact on how your skin recovers.
What I’ll Keep Doing
After seeing these results, I’m definitely keeping this routine—but with flexibility.
Some nights, I’ll keep it simple. Other nights, I might add an extra step if my skin needs it. The key is not to overcomplicate it.
Because the goal isn’t to follow a perfect routine—it’s to build one that works for you.
It’s Simpler Than You Think
If there’s one thing this experience taught me, it’s this: good skin doesn’t come from doing more—it comes from doing the basics well.
You don’t need an expensive routine or endless products. You just need to show up for your skin consistently, even on the days you don’t feel like it.
In just one week, I saw a difference—not because I did something extreme, but because I did something simple… every day.
And sometimes, that’s all it takes.
