6. Trust Yourself
Mentally strong people do not depend on others’ opinions. They trust their own judgment and choices. Approval from others does not shape their lives. They know self-confidence is more important than praise. Solid individuals remain genuine to their values and convictions.
They do not alter themselves for anybody else. Looking for endorsement can lead to push and stress. In step, they center on individual development and objectives. Regard is earned by activity, not by inquiring. Living for oneself brings genuine opportunity and strength.
